that's odd usually the serials for "rental revision" are around 28xxxx-3xxxxxx maybe there was a case swap

that's odd ...

a "rental version" Export Bios should indicate a 5V PSU even after been factory repaired by SNK ...

yours indicate a pro-pow E psu which is a 10v psu whereas mine (a "rental one" as well) indicate 5v psu Pro pow and serial under 3xxxx

"rental AES" are usually under the 39999 serial as far as I know

Well, definetely i am no expert in rental version numerations.
Maybe another case of SNK fixing/doing things manually which leads to human inconsistencies Smile
